Fluid applied systems are cost effective, durable, easy to repair, environmentally safe and responsible. It has low fumes, low noise and minimal tenant impact. Prime Waterproofing has installed over 30 million square feet successfully since 1994 under a multitude of conditions and different roof types.

Fluid applied systems and coatings can be easily recoated for additional years of service depending on original application. These systems have been proven to work decades on various roofs throughout California. These can be used on most roof systems including gravel and cap sheet surface asphalt roofs, metal and single ply roof systems.

Fluid applied systems can be configured to meet budgets and life expectancies.

The reflective surface has proven to lower cooling costs by reducing heat absorption. These reflective surfaces are now required over air conditioned spaces by the State of California under the Title 24 Energy codes.
